I recently made a necklace using this design idea of mine and it was sold before I even got it posted on my website. So I thought I would pursue the idea further with different colors. This necklace is made with translucent bronze colored seed beads and accented with solid matte bronze seed beads.
 
The center section was not woven, but rather left to hang in a curved shape. The necklace can be twisted a bit to bring the single strands closer together to create a textured section, or they can be left to hang naturally, creating a slightly different accent section.
 
The necklace measures 18" and is finished with a lovely, delicate gold vermeil toggle clasp.
