I was in Sydney Australia recently and wandered into a craft fair at The Rocks in Circular Quay. The artist made this pendant from real curly kale, embedding it in copper and then adding red copper as highlights. This shade of red is really my favorite - as you might see in some of my other necklaces.
 
The necklace measures just over 18". The beaded necklace joins with the pendant at the back and forms a slight "v" curve, setting the pendant in the middle of the necklace. The wonderful artisan bronze clasp was designed by Kim Fox.
